The city will host a series of civic engagement events throughout December aimed at increasing community participation in local governance. These events will provide residents an opportunity to voice their opinions on key issues affecting the neighborhood.
Scheduled for December 20 and 21, the events will take place at the Community Center from 5 PM to 8 PM each evening. Participants can expect discussions on city planning, public safety, and community resources. Residents are encouraged to attend and share their insights and concerns.
Organized by the City Council in collaboration with local advocacy groups, these sessions are designed to foster dialogue between officials and community members. The goal is to enhance transparency and ensure that the voices of all residents are heard in local decision-making.
In previous years, similar events have led to significant changes in local policies and increased community involvement in various initiatives. The city aims to build on this momentum to promote a culture of active participation.
Community members can register for the events through the city’s official website or by contacting the Community Affairs Office. For those unable to attend in person, virtual participation options may be available.
